CPI Compression

Balancing Valve Assembly

If your divider block system is not balanced properly, pressure can cause pistons and piston rings to wear prematurely and allow the oil intended for the high-pressure injection point to flow around the worn piston to the point with least resistance. Bypassing oil will cause serious damage or premature failure to the compressor cylinders, pistons, rings, rod and packing gland.

Features

  • Equalize divider block system outlet pressures to:
    • Maintain piston synchronization
    • Prevent piston slap
    • Reduce piston by-passing
    • Reduce premature wear of divider blocks
    • Reduce blown rupture disc problems
  • Pressure gauge enables operator to easily balance outlet pressures
  • Tube fittings allow for ease of installation along tubing lines
