Hi-Flo VP Valve

CPI Hi-Flo VP compressor valves feature a durable thermoplastic V-profiled ring surface to stop the build-up of metal, sand or salt particles and an aerodynamic V-profiled ring to control and seal process gas as it flows in and out of the compressor cylinder. Our Hi-Flo™ VP compressor ring valve can be counted on to keep working even in extreme temperatures and pressures.

  • Springs are offered in chrome silicon and Hastelloy C materials
  • Nose diameter – 2.375 in/60 mm and up
  • Capable of operating across a wide range of parameters, including:
    • temperatures up to 390°F/200°C
    • pressures up to 6,000 psi/400 bar
